Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue by clicking on the 'Shop'. If you have an offer code click 'Offer Code.' Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. Once you have made your selection, click on "Order." You will then be asked for a few further details that we need to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Switch or JCB which may be sent via our secure software online or sent to us seperately by fax, telephone or post once you have placed your order. You may also send payment by cheque. All prices are charged in £Sterling. OTHER CURRENCIES SHOWN ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the UK then your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency (including Euro's).

Shipping And Handling Postage charges apply apply depending on weight and destination which will be calculated and advised when placing your order.

Please note that we will only ship overseas when approved by our insurance company, our business policy and any known Customs regulations in advance. If we receive your order and subsequently decide that shipping (to your country) is unavailable, we will advise you by email, cancel your order, and not process any payment to your credit card.

Delivery Schedule

We will process your order as soon as we can which is almost always within 3 business days.

International orders are generally delivered in 14 to 21 days. However, due to licensing, copyright, warranty and other issues, we occasionally are unable to deliver to all geographical locations and will advise you at the time your order is placed if we cannot fulfill your order as requested.

The length of time it will take for your order to be delivered will depend upon product availability, and the selected mode of delivery (e.g. Economy, Express etc.) though at an absolute maximum, we aim to complete all orders within 5 working days. Please contact us if your order is urgent to check stock availability.

Lost & Missing Deliveries - If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item(s) is overdue, you can check the status of your order by emailing us and providing us with the order details confirmed on the web site at the time your order was placed. If your order is severely overdue, we will track your order through out delivery company's records and attempt to get the order to you as quickly as possible.

Back Orders

If any of your items are not in stock, we will automatically reserve your order. We may also email you to suggest a suitable alternative item, and your order will be given priority once back in stock.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Pleases refer to 'Returns Policy' below for details of how to return an item.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders that are shipped directly out of the EU are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. When ordering goods for overseas delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. At the time of writing there will be no additional duty applied to deliveries within the European Union other than VAT.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control or influence over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order with us. You will be responsible for clearing goods through Customs for import into your own country.

In addition, please note that when ordering you are considered the importer of record and as such must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the order contents by product type e.g. orders for 'The JetRest' will usually be listed as: 'Travel Pillow value £x' with the HMCE Commodity Code being 94049090.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card security is of paramount importance to us. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software we use at the time of ordering using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

We will confirm receipt of your order via email. In addition to the normal security measures, as requested by the bank, we may on occasion email you to request that you fax us proof of identification. This should be in the form of a recent bank statement, utility bill or other form of official identification which includes your residential address. This must be the same address as listed with your credit card provider. This is simply to further safeguard against credit card fraud and this measure will be requested for all overseas, and the majority of U.K. delliveries.

You will however be given the choice of sending your credit card details offline via telephone or fax to +44 (0) 8707 391 591, or by post. Payment may also be made by cheque (drawn on a UK bank in Sterling) and posted to us at the address shown. See 'Reaching Us' for further contact details.
