How do I claim on the 24 month guarantee ?
The guarantee is with the manufacturer for this adapter plug and as such you will need to contact us directly before you return the item. We will then provide you with the factory that made the product and advise you on how to claim for a replacement product if the item is damaged during the 24 months from the date of purchase.
